PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

Using my extensive experience, training, and skills, I’ve designed a custom method of quickly and accurately defining your current business processes via collaborative session with your expert users. The resulting definition can then be fed into a software package that, with minor modification, automatically generates a flow chart to more easily visualize the process. From there process gaps, hand off problems, and other issues can easily be identified and addressed to provide “best practice” processes.

WORKFLOW SOLUTIONS

I’ve found a cloud-based workflow package that uses the checklist metaphor to provide easy to follow, step-by-step processes for you users to follow. The package has robust capabilities to automatically send email notices, use conditions to provide multiple paths, start other workflows, and even tie in to other applications you may have to incorporate them into the workflow steps. This allows you to have one primary application your workforce learns and uses, providing a process “platform” for your current and future process automations.

I have a passion for streamlining and automating business processes. I am never satisfied until I’m convinced I’ve provided the very best solution that my skills and tools can provide, given budgetary and practical constraints the business may have. My goal is to “rightsize” solutions that meet and excel customer expectations by combining my extensive skills, training and experience with my very creative mind to come up with the best solution, even if it’s outside the “norm”. “Thinking outside the box” is something that comes naturally to me!

Rather than having multiple applications with different user interfaces that require a variety of training, all your processes can be contained within one primary workflow application that the user just needs to learn once. This provides one platform to guide various users through all their process steps. The workflow system can also tie in to other specific software packages to make them part of your workflow, even allowing the user to perform functions in the other package directly from the workflow task.
